At Helmingham, we follow the White Rose Scheme of work. The calculation policy below shows how we embed the four rules into the children's learning.

Times Tables Rockstars.

At Helmingham we use Times Tables Rockstars to improve the children's fluency. We award stickers and badges as the children move up their 'Rock Status'. The children in Year 4 are tested externally in June in order to inform the teachers as to how much support each child needs as they get nearer to the end of their Primary schooling.
